Key Deliverables
• Milestone site visits: meet your contractor on site at agreed stages to coordinate trades, check progress, & keep work aligned with the design
• Finishes & materials verification: confirm the correct items are ordered and installed in line with the design schedule & specifications
• Progress monitoring & photo updates: concise photo report within 48
hours of each visit
• Snag management: maintain a live list of issues, prioritise them, & follow through to resolution
• Programme checks: review the build programme & flag risks early to maintain momentum
When to add: Start once your Detailed Interior Proposals are approved (or equivalent drawings are in place). Hourly, ongoing: Billed in hourly blocks and used across the construction phase. No fixed stage packages. Scheduling: Milestone visits are booked in advance; I also coordinate remotely between visits as needed. Updates: After each visit, you receive a short photo report, the current snag list, and clear next steps.
