When to add: Start once your Detailed Interior Proposals are approved (or equivalent drawings are in place). Hourly, ongoing: Billed in hourly blocks and used across the construction phase. No fixed stage packages. Scheduling: Milestone visits are booked in advance; I also coordinate remotely between visits as needed. Updates: After each visit, you receive a short photo report, the current snag list, and clear next steps.
