These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all architectural, design, surveying, photographic, scanning, 3‑D modelling and other professional services provided by Vannin Studio Limited ("Vannin", "we", "us"). By requesting or using our Services you ("Client") accept these Terms in full.

Description of the scope of professional services we offer, how deliverables and milestones are agreed in each Order/Proposal, and our duty to perform with reasonable skill and care under Isle of Man standards.

You must be at least 18 years old, and (where acting for a company) have authority to bind that organisation.

Services are booked via our Service Request Form or written Proposal. Quoted prices remain fixed once booking is confirmed unless the project scope changes (e.g. extra site visits, additional revisions, location changes).

We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque (no crypto‑assets). We may refuse other methods.

For projects exceeding £300 a 50 % deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due on completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices unpaid 14 days after issue accrue statutory interest (4 % p.a. above the BoE base rate) plus a £35 administrative fee.

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start; we will refund any fees paid (less non‑refundable third‑party costs). Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.

All copyright and related rights in plans, drawings, photographs, scans and other deliverables we create vest in Vannin upon creation. To the extent not vested by law, you assign them to us.

Upon full payment we grant you a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use the final deliverables solely for the design, construction, marketing and operation of the project specified in the Order.

When publishing media produced by us you must credit: “© Vannin Studio Limited” or as otherwise instructed. Tagging our official social accounts is appreciated.

We each undertake to keep confidential information disclosed during the project secret, save for disclosures required by law or necessary to perform the Services.

We process any personal data within Project Materials in accordance with Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018. Our Privacy Notice sets out full details.

All parties shall act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, unsafe site behaviour or unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination of service.

Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days. We may terminate immediately where continued performance is unlawful or unsafe.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or utility failures.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect for new Orders made thereafter.

Formal notices under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered by hand, recorded post or email to the addresses set out in the Order.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer the contract without our written consent. No third party has rights to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (IoM).

These Terms are governed by Manx law; the Courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
