• Submission drawings including location, block, existing, and proposed layouts.
• Required application forms and supporting statements (e.g. Design & Access).
• Completion and submission of the planning application on your behalf.
• Liaison with the Planning Officer during validation and review.
We make your scheme Planning-ready: producing all drawings and statements, completing and lodging the application, and answering officer queries until a decision is issued (including one minor re-submission). Statutory Planning fees are paid directly to the Government by clients.
