Follow-on route: If Concept & Space Planning is complete, the agreed layout is detailed so contractors can quote with confidence. Stand-alone route: If no structural changes are required, we’ll work from your existing plans (or produce them if needed) and create detailed designs for each room. Either way, you receive a clear drawing pack that keeps pricing transparent and the renovation process smooth. Need day-to-day site support?
