Our Digital Scan & Walk-through service creates a reliable visual record of a space at a specific point in time.
Scans can be captured during construction to support coordination, or at project completion to produce a clear, lasting record of the finished works. This final scan provides a defensible reference of what was delivered, supporting handover, future alterations, asset documentation, or client records.
During implementation, the scan offers a shared reference for contractors and consultants, reducing ambiguity and limiting reliance on memory, photographs, or repeated site visits. After completion, it serves as a permanent digital snapshot of the space as built.
This service forms part of our implementation support rather than the design process. Where scans are shared externally, personal or sensitive information can be selectively blurred to protect client privacy.
